Transitioning into new markets with a
new digital platform

Mary Kay har historically only sold products via their dedicated consultants, with a new focus on consumers they are broadening that view. With that we designed a new face for the new customers to interact with, a new tool for Mary Kay to come even closer to their consultants and their respective customers.

With a new face also came a new administrative tool for handling, customers, events, orders and more. Both platforms were designed from a mobile-first perspective which enabled the entire administrative tool to be fully responsive. Enabling the consultants a greater flexibility then ever before.

Besides giving the end-consumer a new way of interacting with Mary Kay’s products we also focused on streamlining processes for administrators and consultants in order to have them focus on the stuff that actually mattered. I led the design-phase of this project and delivered a complete mobile-first product in Figma which later was developed by our in-house team.
