"Why do we have such a low adoption rate of our new digital way of ordering products from ous?"
With this question as a base for our research we set out to create open and unbiased questions for our interviews. We also structured and prepared methods for processing the recieved data from our interviews. Methods such as affinity diagrams, clustering and more.
Our interview lead to a wide variety of topics and issues that we deemed important and set these as the base of our report. We explored different ways of tackling these findings from a UI & UX standpoint as suggestions for improvements and what effect that would have on the customers and their experience.
Our final delivery was a thorough report and presentation on our findings, unbiased questions and what we deemed as necessary next steps in order to improve the amount of users that use their digital services.
